Products purchased from THE LUNCH BAG are shipped via MRW.

Orders placed in Spain are generally delivered within 1 to 2 business days, while international orders are delivered between 4 and 6 working days approximately, in both cases from the time the order confirmation email is sent.

Please note that delays may be due to delays in payment authorizations, product availability, and/or product payment authorizations, product availability and/or customs delays.

During our sales period, an increase in period, an increase in the volume of orders received may also result in longer delivery times.

Orders are prepared once payment has been confirmed and during the following hours:
Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm CET.

Orders placed outside these hours are processed the next business day.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and/or holidays in Spain.

For orders placed outside the European Union, THE LUNCH BAG does not cover applicable customs and duties. Customers are responsible for these additional payments.
